We are proud to share that The Frontline projects team has achieved a remarkable accomplishment by effectively managing the intricate heavy lift module movement project.

This endeavour involved transporting a module measuring 17 x 10 x 12 meters and weighing 175 metric tons from the supplier yard to its designated location on a floating production storage and offloading vessel. The operation encompassed both road and marine transportation, requiring meticulous planning and coordination.

The project entailed the utilization of specialized equipment, including a heavy lift ringer floating crane with a 200 metric ton capacity for loading, as well as a massive 2000 metric ton capacity floating crane for unloading and installation. These advanced lifting mechanisms ensured the secure and controlled handling of the substantial components.

Notably, the successful execution also involved navigating the challenges of road transport, specifically crossing the bustling E11 highway. The collaboration with relevant authorities and law enforcement to facilitate the seamless passage of the oversized and weighty cargo underscores the significance of effective inter-agency cooperation and safety protocols.

In summary, this project stands as a testament to the Frontline projects team's competence and determination in orchestrating intricate logistical operations. Frontline projects adeptness in planning, executing, and finding solutions is evident in the triumphant completion of this complex task.

Good news...

We are proud to share that another very interesting Multimodal project which KGE Global Logistics LLC FZ has completed recently.

KGE was nominated to transport Disassembled Gantry Crane from various places in Europe to Kazakhstan close to Chinese border.

Total transit time was around 25 days including border crossings.

NOTE : There was some wide pieces loaded on Sonder 14 / 5,70 wide and Sonder 15 / 470 wide
Also long beams that reached till 28,00 meters and 34t gross weight

All sonders were successfully delivered to their respective destinations with support of their highly skilled and dedicated team.

They provided customer with the complete daily tracking which result to satisfactory feedback from their customer.

Once again KGE succeeded to handle this project with complete professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Good news...

We are proud to share that Polaris Shipping Agency LLC, United Arab Emirates is extremely happy to report completion of their latest project involving delivery of Lynxs heavy Shredder complete with Motor driven machine dismantled from current location in United Arab Emirates to their new factory premises located approximately 55 Kms from Port of Houston, United States of America.

Polaris Project team with their experienced personnel were awarded the entire relocation project of above Shredder. Polaris scope covered identifying each item against material list prepared by OEM Engineers, suitably dismantle OOG packages, industrial packaging for safe transport, marking individual items, pre-carriage operation & Freight up to Receiver’s door.

The project which had a strict delivery deadline was shipped with base machine of 54 MT as break bulk on a container vessel and balance packages of approx. 1980 freight tons were stuffed and lashed suitably in assortments of 40’ High Cubes, Open Tops and Flat Racks to ensure that the freight package is within our valuable Clients budget, but also not compromising on the delivery schedule. Since the OEM engineers at destination need to have the items delivered to Receivers site on pre-advised sequence Polaris Team ensured to have a shipping plan in line with same so that no delays for Shredder erection process happens. They extend their sincere gratitude to all stake holders for the support and timely execution.
