Greenpen Freight Services Handles Large Project Cargo Shipment

We are pleased to highlight another successful project completed by our member, Greenpen Freight Services Sdn. Bhd., demonstrating the company's expertise in managing large-scale project cargo operations under demanding conditions.

Recently, Greenpen Freight Services handled a direct shipment from China to East Malaysia, consisting of more than 11,500 CBM and over 500 cargo pieces.

While discharging project and bulk cargo during daylight presents its own challenges, night operations require an even greater level of planning and precision. Reduced visibility, increased reliance on lighting, enhanced communication, and continuous safety monitoring leave little room for error.

To ensure safe and efficient operations around the clock, Greenpen Freight Services maintained strict safety protocols throughout the project. These included pre-shift toolbox briefings, designated lifting zones, proper illumination, continuous supervision, and close coordination between the vessel crew, stevedores, terminal operators, and transport partners.

The successful execution of this operation reflects the dedication and professionalism of every team member involved. Through careful planning, teamwork, and operational discipline, the cargo was handled safely and efficiently despite the complexities of day and night operations.
