Headway JSC Implements Flooring Export Project From Vietnam To Europe

We are pleased to share another successful logistics project completed by our member, Headway JSC, highlighting the company's integrated logistics capabilities in supporting Vietnam's growing manufacturing and export sector.

In June 2026, Headway continued to partner with its customer in executing a flooring export project to the European market, providing an end-to-end logistics solution covering domestic transportation, export customs clearance, and international shipping.

The project was implemented as the customer continued expanding its product ecosystem and investing in the engineered flooring sector. The manufacturing facility has been developed on a large scale, utilizing bamboo and rubber wood sourced from sustainably managed Vietnamese plantations. The products comply with international standards and meet the technical specifications required for export-grade container flooring.

• Mode of Transport: Ocean Freight
• Scope of Services: Trucking, Export Customs Clearance, Certificate of Origin (C/O), Fumigation, Phytosanitary Certification, and International Freight Services.

Integrated Logistics Solutions from Factory to Global Markets

For this shipment, Headway managed the entire logistics chain, from inland transportation and export procedures to international ocean freight to Antwerp, Belgium, helping ensure shipment schedules and optimize operational efficiency.

Notably, the project utilized two SOC (Shipper-Owned Containers) manufactured by the customer itself, demonstrating seamless integration from the production stage to export operations and creating an end-to-end value chain from upstream manufacturing to downstream distribution.

The flooring export project to Europe represents the next milestone in a series of projects in which Headway has continuously supported the customer throughout different stages of its development, including:

• Construction Phase: Transportation of machinery, equipment, and steel structures for factory construction
• Production Phase: Handling imported Phenol chemical shipments in tank containers to support manufacturing operations
• Export Phase: Continuing to support the shipment of finished flooring products to international markets
