We are pleased to highlight another specialized automotive logistics project successfully completed by our member, Headway JSC, through Tasco Headway Logistics Group, demonstrating its expertise in complete built-up (CBU) vehicle transportation.

Continuing to demonstrate its expertise in specialized automotive logistics, Tasco Headway Logistics Group has successfully executed the transportation of a Lotus Evija complete vehicle (CBU) – the all-electric hypercar from Lotus.

In Vietnam, Lotus is steadily expanding its presence with a diverse product portfolio, ranging from the Emira sports car to high-performance electric models such as the Eletre, Emeya, and the Evija hypercar, reflecting the accelerating electrification trend across the global automotive industry.

Tasco Auto is the official distributor of Lotus vehicles in Vietnam. This shipment further highlights the synergistic value of the Tasco Headway joint venture, combining Headway’s specialized logistics expertise with Tasco’s infrastructure and service ecosystem to deliver integrated automotive supply chain solutions for customers.

Tasco Headway implemented a dedicated containerized transportation solution for the complete vehicle, including:

• Conducting a detailed assessment of the vehicle’s dimensions and weight to determine the most suitable container specification.
• Proactively coordinating with shipping lines to secure the optimal transportation solution and vessel schedule for automotive cargo, which requires specialized handling and control procedures.
• Developing a dedicated vehicle loading plan to ensure safe positioning and handling inside the container.
• Applying specialized vehicle lashing and securing techniques at designated anchoring points to minimize movement and vibration throughout the sea voyage.
• Inspecting and protecting critical areas, including tires, body panels, and exterior components, to ensure vehicle quality upon arrival at destination.
• Coordinating shipping documentation, operational planning, and scheduling to ensure seamless execution.

Through meticulous preparation and agile operational coordination, the shipment was successfully loaded onto the scheduled vessel as planned, ensuring cargo safety and on-time delivery throughout the transportation process.
