KRS scope is upon vessel arrival at Sohar port customs clearance, inspection, and coordination with liner, port, and customs and under hook cargo acceptance, arranging Police permission and Police escort, transportation & delivery with jacking & skidding procedure. KRS, as usual, kept up to the standards expected to the satisfaction of the delivery schedules of the end client.

Shodesh Shipping & Logistic has successfully handled another breakbulk vessel- MV SHENG HENG HAI that is sailing under the flag of China. The vessel came at Chittagong Seaport on 18 July 2022 from Tianjin Port, China carrying 4118.310 MT (1,105 Bundles) Sheet Piles for the construction of RNPP. The Consignee was JOINT STOCK COMPANY “INSTITUTE “ORGENERGOSTROY”, one of the official Subcontractors of RNPP.

Shodesh Shipping’s working scope included receiving cargo, completing custom transit permission, arranging transportation from Chittagong to Rooppur and completing custom clearance at Rooppur. Total 172 trailers has been used to transport cargo by road from Chittagong Seaport to Rooppur NPP project site.

We are delighted to share that Shodesh Shipping & Logistic has successfully handled one of the biggest Break-bulk Consignments (VESSEL MV DIANA) with the cooperation of their sister concerns Shodesh Shipping Line (Shipping Agent), Rusani Enterprise (Custom Broker) and Shodesh Carrier (Transport Company).

The consignment came at Chittagong Seaport on 22 July 2022 by the vessel MV DIANA carrying 106 Containers 3,334 Ton (13,053 Packages) Bulk Cargo for the Construction of Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant (RNPP), country’s first nuclear power plant. The cargo belongs to Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission, the executor and three other official subcontractors of the RNPP. Out of 106 Containers, 50 were Carrier’s Owned Containers (COC) and 56 were Suppliers Owned Containers (SOC). Total 350 Vehicles were used to deliver the cargo to job site.
