AVT Multi Modal Transport Moves 1250-Ton Crane to Singapore

AVT MULTI MODAL TRANSPORT CO., LTD is proud to announce the successful execution of a major breakbulk project, transporting a 1250-ton crawler crane from a job site in Vietnam to Singapore. This challenging operation involved 176 packages, amounting to a total volume of 5160.937 CBM.

AVT's comprehensive scope of work for this project included:

• Dismantling and packing the crane components
• Loading cargo from the job site onto trucks
• Transporting cargo to the port by low-bed trucks
• Handling customs clearance
• Positioning the cargo in the port yard
• Transporting cargo from the yard to the quay
• Developing a stowage plan
• Loading cargo onto the barge using mobile cranes
• Securing and lashing the cargo on the barge
• Transporting the cargo from Ba Son Port, Vietnam to Singapore by barge
