CCS Cutillo Cargo Solutions has merged with Marexport Global Forwarding

We are pleased to announce that CCS Cutillo Cargo Solutions has merged with Marexport Global Forwarding and will continue its operations under the new company name MAREXPORT Global Forwarding.

Regarding this development, Mr. Riccardo Cutillo, Managing Director, shared the following message:

“I am happy to inform you CCS Cutillo Cargo Solutions, with a freight forwarding history dating back to 1948, has merged with Marexport Global Forwarding, a well-known company established in Genova since 1966.

This transaction is part of a broader growth and structural consolidation project aimed at ensuring an increasingly efficient, modern, and competitive service.

Myself and all the staff will continue to operate with their customary professionalism, now supported by an even stronger and more advanced organizational structure, along with an enhancement of human resources in line with the significant development plan approved for the coming years.

Any agreement in force will remain unchanged and continue under the new company name.”
