Since 2022, Racing Cargo has proudly maintained its ISO 9001:2015 certification, demonstrating a consistent commitment to robust processes, customer satisfaction, and operational improvement. In 2025, the company successfully achieved recertification, reaffirming its ongoing adherence to international quality standards and best practices.

To maintain high service standards, Racing Cargo operates a dedicated Control Tower division, responsible for monitoring and analyzing critical KPIs in real time.
When deviations or risks are identified, the team applies international problem-solving methodologies, including:

• 8D Problem Solving
• Ishikawa (Cause-and-Effect) Diagram
• 5 Whys Root Cause Analysis

These tools help identify root causes, ensure corrective actions, and reinforce reliability throughout the logistics chain.

To strengthen global supply chain resilience, Racing Cargo implemented a new supplier selection and evaluation model aligned with ISO and CTPAT guidelines.
The approach includes:

• On-site or remote audits focused on security and operational criteria

• Improvement plans and follow-up corrective actions
• Annual or semiannual supplier re-evaluations
