Recently, Headway JSC successfully transported 04 chemical tank containers for Phenol from China to Vietnam, ensuring safety and full compliance with regulations applicable to dangerous goods, thereby contributing to the maintenance of a stable raw material supply chain for large-scale industrial factories.

Technical Requirements for Dangerous Chemical Transportation

Phenol is classified as a dangerous chemical, requiring specialized transportation methods, along with strict safety warning measures and control throughout the entire implementation process.
Based on cargo characteristics, infrastructure conditions, and operational requirements of the project, Headway conducted a transportation risk assessment and developed a specialized logistics solution, including:

• Use of internationally certified ISO tank containers, suitable for transporting hazardous liquid chemicals, minimizing the risk of leakage and contamination.
• Completion of all required legal documentation and DG-related certificates, including dangerous goods declarations, tank container certifications, and relevant permits.
• Combination of multimodal transportation via international sea routes and inland trucking, optimizing costs while maintaining a seamless supply chain.

The integrated coordination of transportation activities and legal procedures enabled Headway to control the overall schedule and minimize potential risks arising during the transportation of chemical cargo.
