Operation Details

Seal Express Logistics SRL handled cargo discharging from vessels at Constanta Port and arranged safe OOG road transportation to the final delivery site in Indija, Serbia.

The project required overcoming significant challenges:

• Factory restrictions with door height limitations (4.40 m) that were only confirmed days before delivery.
• Developing alternative transport solutions at short notice while keeping within the planned budget.
• Meeting strict factory delivery deadlines tied to heavy discharging equipment and a contracted rigging team, where any delay would have resulted in long-term postponements.
• Despite these obstacles, the team successfully executed the operation with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of all high-value cargo.
