We are proud to share the successful completion of another complex logistics operation by UP CARGO, INC. This time, their skilled team managed the discharge and ground transportation of a Tug Boat Bridge Cabin and its Accessories from the Port of Cristóbal, Panama, showcasing their commitment to delivering seamless and efficient logistics solutions.

The operation involved multiple critical steps:

• Port Reception: The project started with the meticulous receipt of the cargo at the Port of Cristóbal. Our team carried out a thorough inspection, ensuring the area and port crane were fully prepared for the discharging process. A robust safety plan was implemented to protect both the cargo and workers during the operation.
• Discharge from 40' FR: The Tug Boat Bridge Cabin was carefully discharged from the 40-foot Flat Rack container, with precision and focus on maintaining the integrity of the cargo at all times.
• Ground Transport on Low-Bed Trailer: After a successful discharge, the cabin and its accessories were loaded onto a low-bed trailer, specifically chosen to minimize vibrations and ensure the safe transportation of the oversized cargo.
• Escort and Route Study: Safety is a top priority at UP CARGO, INC. To ensure smooth transport, a detailed route study was conducted to identify potential challenges along the way. An escort was also provided to oversee the transportation and guarantee compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
