Upcargo Delivers OOG Transport Project in Panama

We are pleased to share a successful local project executed by our member Upcargo Inc, involving the transportation of oversized cargo within Panama.

The operation consisted of the movement of two dump trucks, each measuring 10.25 × 2.65 × 3.99 meters and weighing approximately 11,000 kg per unit. This delivery followed the receipt of cargo from an international partner and was carried out from the Port of Manzanillo directly to the consignee’s facilities under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

Given the oversized nature of the cargo, the project required careful planning, regulatory compliance, and close coordination throughout the operation. To ensure safe execution, Upcargo Logistics arranged:

• Special transit permits for oversized cargo
• Civil escort coordination along the entire transport route
• Detailed logistical planning, including route analysis, restrictions, and timing

Through structured execution and operational control, the transport was completed safely, efficiently, and within the planned schedule.

This successful project highlights Upcargo's capability in managing specialized and project cargo movements, delivering reliable and compliant transport solutions in the region.
